Changes and returns
Can I change or return my order?
For safety reasons, we don't accept changes or returns on our products.
When will I receive my order?
Our parcels arrive at the delivery address within 3 working days, except for the Canary and Balearic Islands, where the maximum will be 5 days.
Cancellations and refunds
Can I cancel my order once I’ve placed it?
To cancel your order you have to send us an email or call us maximum 30 minutes after the order’s been placed. Once the order’s been cancelled, you’ll receive the refund into the same account with which the purchase was made. This process may take a few days depending on your bank.
Can I request a gift receipt?
You can request a gift receipt with all your purchases. The gift receipt doesn't include the price of the items.
What happens if the price on the label and the one on my product are different?
If there’s a difference between the price indicated online and the labels, the correct price will be as indicated and accepted when purchasing.
Can I request an invoice?
You can request an invoice for your order as a natural person or as a business. Please contact us within 24 hours from the moment of dispatch of your order and we’ll send it to you by e-mail.
