SECTION 4 — SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the e-commerce platform allowing us to sell our products and services.
Your data is stored through the Shopify data storage system and databases, and the Shopify general application. Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify will store your credit card details. It’s encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Standard Security (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction details are stored only to complete the purchase. Once it’s completed, your purchase data is erased.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as indicated by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

SECTION 5 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your data to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, some third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies for the data we have to provide for purchase-related transactions.
As an example, if you are in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway based in the United States, then your personal data used to complete the transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States law, including the Patriot Act.

Here is a list of the cookies we use. We list them so you can choose whether to remove them or not.
_session_id, unique token, sessional: it allows Shopify to store data about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_Shopify_visit, no data held, persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit: used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits.
_Shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day: it counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks: it stores data about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessionalstorefront_digest, unique token, indefinite. If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
SECTION 7 — AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you declare that you’re of legal age in your state or province of residence and that you’ve given us your consent to allow any children dependent on you to use this site.
If our store is purchased by or merged with another company, your data may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue selling products to you.
